About Drainage BC

Drainage BC is a drainage contractor serving Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. We do one thing — drainage — and we do it for residential, strata, and commercial properties. That focus is deliberate. Drainage is a specialty with its own methods, its own diagnostic process, and its own set of common failures, and a contractor who also does general plumbing, heating, and everything else rarely builds the depth that drainage work needs.

How we work

The thing that sets us apart is that we inspect before we recommend. A wet basement, a blocked drain, and a soggy yard all have a cause, and the cause is not always the obvious one. We run a camera through the line, we walk the property, and we show you what we find before we quote any work. If the problem is a cleaning issue, we say so. If it is a structural failure that needs a repair or a replacement, we show you the footage and explain why.

We do not sell work that is not needed. A full perimeter drain replacement is a significant project, and we will not recommend one without evidence that the existing system has failed. The same goes for drain pipe replacement, sewer line replacement, and every other larger job. The camera footage is the evidence, and you see it at the same time we do.
